Review: Blood Of Kings (Transfusion Saga Book 3) by Stephanie Hudson

Negotiating for Demons

In this book we see how Amelia and Lucius start to build their relationship together. More importantly how they negotiate because they have two very different expectations of how life is going to go. These different points of view are interesting, especially as the author chooses to change the POV back and forth between Amelia and Lucius in sections, sort of covering the same ground, but told from different viewpoints and filling in the missing information from the other POV.

I really enjoyed the descriptions of Lucius’ mountain lair, which is actually more inside the mountain than on it. His personal quarters sound amazing!

There is a lot of information that we are missing, especially where it comes to Lucius and half of me wonders if it would have been explained in the previous series, if I’d read that, but I have faith that all will be revealed in the end, because he has to reveal it to Amelia, which means we will get the information too. I’m almost certain I’m going to have to read the first series after this one, because it sounds like a LOT happens in it and if it’s anything like this series, I’ll love it.
